We liked having SPA access included, especially with the very warm water, and the price felt good for what we got. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, parking was included, and both dinner and breakfast tasted good. I’d recommend it, though the food choices were quite limited. Service at dinner was poor. There were only five occupied tables, but we got no drinks, and after asking for a menu we still hadn’t received one ten minutes later. The dinner staff were no help. The receptionist spoke German but not English. The parking area was also tight, so a larger car could have trouble fitting. I’d give the place 7.8 / 10.

The pool is on the small side, and the infrasauna wasn’t working, though the other saunas were okay. Rooms are average but acceptable. There isn’t much choice at dinner, and the food quality can be uneven. One evening, the French fries seemed like leftovers. Drinks are very expensive.

The staff were really friendly, and I liked that most of the other guests were older. The rooms were nice, though they could use renovation. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, and I had the best goulash of my life.

The hot indoor pool was the highlight, especially in freezing weather. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the staff were great about helping someone with limited English find his way around.
