The building has an elevator and a sensible layout, and it's near both the lake and the city center. We park in the garage below, though there are also spaces in the lot behind the building. It's on Linden Alley, across from a rehabilitation center, on a quiet one-way street with few houses and cars. Gas heating keeps it comfortable throughout the year. This is a ground-floor apartment, and we're currently staying in the one above it. I haven't seen inside, but everything looks brand new and well equipped. Apparently there's fiber internet, with 500/500 speed.

It's easy to get to and right in the center, yet still quiet. Shops, a pastry shop, bakery, and restaurant are all just a few minutes away on foot. I'd give it 10 stars if I could 😊

A luxury apartment in a peaceful spot, with underground parking and everything close by. I recommend it!!!

Everything's nearby, yet the place is quiet. We had a great time here, and I can only recommend it.
