The hosts were so kind and helpful, and our accommodation was clean and tidy. Everything was fine.

The hostess was kind, and they let us check in at 10:00 AM without any trouble, even though Booking listed check-in as 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The apartment was very nice. One issue: sometimes the bathroom keys got stuck and wouldn't turn to open the door.

There’s a lovely garden with a gazebo, and forests and meadows are nearby. The apartment has two pleasant rooms, with a shared bathroom and kitchen/living area, but the swimming pool is over 3 km away. The basic amenities were okay, though a few things needed repairs. We didn’t have soap, and each person got one small towel for the full two weeks, with no replacements. The lighting felt eerie. Even so, we enjoyed our stay.

In winter it’s freezing, and in summer you could practically grill inside. There was no food, just tap water and Wi-Fi, which might be enough for some non-human creature. The only good thing I can say is that it’s in Hévíz, though sadly not in the middle of the lake.

We stayed four weeks in this wonderful country, where masks weren’t required, and had a fantastic time at this accommodation. We’ve already booked again for spring, which says it all.
