For the price, this was a really good place to stay, and I’d happily come back. Parking is right in front of the house, though getting there means taking a gravel road and then a dirt track. Inside, the rooms had air conditioning, a toilet, shower/bathtub, TV, and refrigerator. The cobwebs and the bathtub were the letdowns: water wouldn’t stay in unless I tightened the plug. Service was 10/10. The owner spoke enough English to make things easy, even though he misjudged the timing for the ID check. He apologized by offering homemade schnapps from the brewery next door.

The setting is beautiful, and everything feels elegant and well kept for guests. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The wooden houses have care put into every little detail, and both the cleanliness and service were impeccable. Such a wonderful place, and the hospitality was excellent.

Thanks to Uncle Laci for the warm guided tour. This place could be a Hungaricum too.
