Great.

This is an affordable, homey guesthouse, and I had a pleasant stay with the other guests. The rooms are nice and have their own shower and toilet. There’s a shared kitchen, tea and coffee are free, and you can eat at tables inside or out. The hostess was very friendly. She doesn't speak Russian, but she made everything easy to understand. I was only passing through, but if I’d had more time, I would have stayed longer to explore Kecskemét and swim in the lakes.

In our first week, we were given one of the least habitable rooms, with a smoke smell, a noisy exhaust fan, and a TV that didn't work. Then, even though I had made a reservation the day before and called to confirm, my room wasn't available that evening. I had to drive all the way back to Budapest. Thanks a lot, hotel.

We couldn't get the accommodation booked for the day of the trip, despite several conversations. I feel sorry about the family problem that came up, but someone else should have been arranged to hand the keys over at the agreed time. Six adults and two small children had to look for somewhere else to stay, just two hours before the wedding.
