Sharing the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and fridge with strangers was inconvenient, and there was no TV in the room. We also couldn't park in the yard, despite what the host had promised over the phone. The host could be intrusive and annoying, and cleanliness could have been better. The room is in the attic, but this isn't mentioned anywhere, and getting up there means climbing a spiral staircase. It was unbearably hot at night. We couldn't leave the window open because wasps would get inside.

There's a small pool of its own, plus a barbecue and outdoor cooking facilities. The beach is free to access and about 500m away. The accommodation is up in the roof, though it does have air conditioning. There are 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen.

A really peaceful, pleasant place, with both the beach and port nearby. Getting around is easy, and there's a cycling route along the dam around the lake. I'd happily recommend it to everyone.

The host cooks really well and puts in the effort to make the experience feel authentic. We felt at home here, the place is cozy and comfortable.

We'd come back as soon as we can. It's good value for the money and the location is excellent.
