After a few hours here, I already think it's a great place: the apartment is spacious, clean, and modern, with cooling and lots of kitchen appliances. The GPS location is about 50m off, so keep going past the point it gives you. The owner is easy enough to contact in English, but we needed Google Translate to speak with a woman at the apartment, so have your phone ready. Paying the tourist tax in euros is easier. Also, "studio" means two bedrooms, which worked better for us.

We had paid in full for 10 days for two adults and two children, but our reservation was abruptly canceled just two days before arrival because the current guests wanted to extend their stay. With all the other apartments rented, our only option was to drive all the way back to Budapest. That kind of unprofessional behavior put our family in a terrible position. If you need to be sure you'll have somewhere to stay, don't book this place. Shame on the owner for causing this problem.

The host was kind and welcoming, and speaks Ukrainian. The house was clean and well looked after. I recommend it!
