Európa Panzió

The homemade breakfast was good, but the rooms are badly worn and there’s no soundproofing. The hotel also seems to lack a proper way of organizing its work.

We were eight people passing through without a booking, and the receptionist kindly found us three rooms when we arrived at 1 a.m. Some cleaning issues came up: there was hair on the pillows, and the three of us had only one towel, which was in very poor condition. Still, for a six-hour sleep, it was alright.

The staff were really helpful, and I’d recommend the place.

The balcony looked out over the City Hall, and staying right in the center of my hometown meant I could show my husband, who isn't from the area, around the city I love. Everything was within walking distance, on the One-Way. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the Pension had a lovely feel to it. Before booking, I emailed about breakfast because my husband and I are both gluten and lactose intolerant. They handled our dietary needs perfectly. The staff took such good care of us throughout the stay. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely stay here again!
