I stayed two nights for work. The place is about a 15-minute drive from Miskolc city centre, and my non-smoking room was clean and simply furnished. The bed was very low, almost at floor level, and the mattress was softer than I liked. Parking in front is free. The owners of Ambrozia Pension make breakfast with eggs, cheese, toast, salami, ham, coffee and juice. The Wi-Fi kept dropping and the signal was very weak, but with some patience I could still work.

We got there at 22:00 after being on the road for about 10 hours. They were very impolite and wouldn't let us pay through Booking, only in cash. They wanted to charge us twice the price shown on Booking, so we decided to find somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner was kind, and the breakfast option was nice.

The service was excellent, and everyone was super kind. They do charge extra for parking if your plates are from another country.

The Cave Baths are nearby, and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great.
