Hejő Apartman

A decent place for the price.

FT was okay.

It was a pleasant, quiet place overall, and the gentleman was kind. Since we had to share the kitchen with workers, he gave us a ground-floor room instead of the room upstairs that we’d booked. The bathroom downstairs still needs repairs, though. I’d read several reviews mentioning Aunt Sárika, but we didn’t meet her; perhaps she has passed away, and maybe the renovation was running a little behind. The heating was warm throughout on the first day, but when we checked later, all the radiators were cold. :( :) :(

They accepted our last-minute check-in even though we’d come from quite far away and only needed a night’s stay with the children. The price seemed fair, and the neighborhood is nice. It’s a little retro, but I found it cozy. We parked on the street without any trouble. The rooms were adequately equipped, though there were some quite disturbing smells in the bathroom, which is why I’m giving it four stars.
