Staying here was awful. I wouldn't come back. If you want a proper breakfast, you can't get one here.

This place is for workers' accommodation, not tourists.
I've stayed in quite a few workers' hostels, and this is the best so far. It's been renovated nicely, has an elevator, and each room has its own toilet and bathroom. There are bus stops just a few steps away, and even though it's outside the city, the area is fairly busy. I can definitely recommend it :)
The renovation of this old socialist-era workers' hostel seems poorly done, especially the heating and soundproofing. Parking was free, and breakfast wasn't charged, but I left around 5 a.m. and went to a hotel I already knew and had stayed at before. I hate waking up cold, and as a deep sleeper I was surprised to come round at 2 a.m. I couldn't get the temperature to a comfortable 20-22c, whatever I tried. Reception said the system was set automatically, though I'd call it a thermostat, and gave me a blanket. By the time I might have fallen asleep again, there was already noise from the main road and the bus garage opposite. We were on the fifth floor.
The building feels old, and the carpet needs replacing. It has a 1970s look, even by Hungarian standards, there's no air conditioning, and there is only one elevator. It would take substantial modernization to make the price feel affordable. I'd look elsewhere.
