I've ordered from here several times and have never had a problem. The food is delicious.

We came from the other side of the country expecting an excellent dinner, but it was a huge disappointment. I ordered venison stew and got pork stew for the same price. The Vienna schnitzel was awful, like a shoe sole.

The restaurant food is good, and I can't fault the service staff. But the receptionist sitting by the door is unbelievably rude. I said hello, she heard me and looked at me, but didn't respond. I don't expect her to greet me first, but ignoring a greeting like that is unbelievable. She was working there between 12-13 hours on 23.10.2025 for sure. It's quite something to put someone in that position when she deliberately refuses to say hello.

We only stayed one night. The staff were phenomenal, really nice and helpful! Lunch was delicious, but the a'la carte breakfast was horrible: the scrambled eggs were swimming in oil, and the coffee from the machine was bad. The room needed a better clean. The bed linen and carpet were dirty and stained.

We ended up leaving, which was a big disappointment. The welcome was cold and unpleasant, and the waiter barely paid attention to us, even though the restaurant wasn't full. We waited a long time and had to find a table ourselves, since he didn't seat us. Then we sat for more than 10 minutes without even getting a menu. The service was absolutely disastrous, and we felt like we were intruding.
