Premier Hotel Miskolc

I had a disappointing stay at Hotel Premier. The service felt cold, and some staff seemed irritated when we asked simple questions. The hotel has potential, but the way guests were treated brought the experience down. The biggest problem was reception being completely closed at night. When we needed help, there was no clear way to contact anyone, even in an emergency. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you expect professional service and support during your visit.

The hotel was very clean and felt safe. It's near tesco, McDonald’s and a shopping centre, and traffic from the busy road didn't bother us much on the third floor. Breakfast is open from 7 to 10, I believe. There's a secure underground car park shared with another hotel, and it was free and right by the hotel. You can use your phone to enter the building and room, control the heating and request cleaning. I'd recommend it to someone used to higher-end hotels, but I wished reception stayed open 24/7. At one point I needed housekeeping for towels and realised reception was closed.

This is an amazing hotel, almost a masterpiece in the middle of nowhere. I'd usually expect this standard only in a much bigger city. The interior, materials, design, comfort and service were all top notch. Breakfast was amazing too, with high-grade food and a huge selection. The shower was the one letdown. The floor wasn't levelled properly, so after showering, water flooded the whole bathroom.

A reasonably priced place to stay in the city center, with parking that’s easy to use.
