It costs more than what you get is worth.

We paid €600 for a week, and the problems added up. The landlord had said there was laundry available, so we packed fewer clothes, but once we got there he told us we couldn't wash them. The downstairs toilet was dirty, and the water pressure was so weak it was hard to wash properly. Upstairs, no water came from the bathtub tap, so we couldn't use that tub at all. The dishwasher ran, but food residue came back up into the tap when we switched it on. Half the outlets had no electricity.

There was plenty of room, with a lovely spacious living room and bedrooms, and the large refrigerator worked very well. We were seven people in August 2019, and all three of our cars fit easily in the private lot behind an automatic gate. We didn't need the air conditioning. The main issue is that maintenance and cleaning of the house and garden are well overdue. The owner had difficult circumstances and looks after it himself, but hygiene suffers. Our bedding was clean; the floors were only clean where people walked, and the kitchen was sticky all over. The dishwasher filter and the sink and shower drains looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. Downstairs, the only shower is in the toilet room. Upstairs there's a bathroom with a tub and sink, plus a separate toilet. The tub isn't practical for showering: you have to hold the showerhead, water sprays everywhere, and there isn't a curtain. With seven people, one usable shower wasn't enough. If the space suits you and you're willing to clean the things you need clean, the location is good. We pointed out the hygiene problems, and the owner promised to improve, so we'll see.

The bathroom window beside the tub looks out onto the road, and there's no curtain or blind. Although we paid for the whole property, we could only use one bedroom. Cleanliness was seriously lacking throughout.
