The room was clean and in decent shape, and I liked the bed. The mini kitchen was handy, with a fridge, oven, and microwave, and the AC worked. The bathroom was better than average, but I really dislike shower curtains. A door would improve it a lot. I also really missed having a table and chair in the room.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were really friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you need, and the linen was fresh and tidy. The parking lot is a bit small for all the hotel guests. Highly recommend.

The advertised kitchen and sitting area didn't match what we found. There were no pots, pans, or tools for cutting or stirring, and there was no couch. At reception, we were told our booking was for one standard and one superior room, which seemed to be what we got since they were quite different. But at checkout, the same receptionist charged us for two superior rooms. We also found a showerhead that was coming loose, no bin liners in the room, and cleaning supplies with a large garbage bag left in the hallway.

Breakfast was included. For 75 euro, the four of us had a night in a tidy, pleasant room with two huge beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The beds and breakfast were nice, but the place was definitely overpriced. The aircon heating didn't work. The website promises daily room cleaning, but that wasn't the case. Cleaning seemed to mean changing towels, and even that didn't happen on weekends.
