The location was a plus, very close to the baths. We were given rooms that were supposedly better than the ones we had booked, at the same price. That happened because, after our reservation, another group booked several more rooms and wanted the building to themselves. The rooms are heated by air conditioning. In one room it ran all night but still hadn't warmed up by morning. We were given a radiator the next day, though it wasn't needed after someone in our group cleaned the dust from the air conditioner. Hot water was another issue: there was only enough for one person to shower, so I had to wash my hair in cold water. Not pleasant.

There was a large fenced parking area on the property, plus two gazebos with grills for guests to use. The owner was easy to reach and explained everything, showing us where things were and how they worked. I recommend it.
