The apartment is very clean, peaceful and in an amazing spot, close to downtown. Having its own carpark means there’s no need to leave the car on the street. It works well for friends or families with kids. Just a note for anyone with mobility needs or older guests: it’s on the second floor and there’s no elevator.

It’s a reasonably priced, modern, functional place to stay in Pécs without extra overhead. The apartment was extremely clean when we arrived, and the host was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It’s on the top floor of a small office building, with an extra door for security. The location is handy for sightseeing, close to the city center and only a few minutes from the bus and railway stations. Recommended.

We came as a couple because my husband was admitted to the clinic in Pécs, so having somewhere quiet and comfortable mattered a lot. This turned out to be a very good choice. The apartment was clean and tidy throughout, with all the basics and a few extras we needed for a relaxing stay. Its location made things easy: the clinic and other important services were quick to reach, and the Arcade, restaurants and major sights were all within a convenient walk. We also appreciated having a private parking lot where our car felt safe. The hosts were especially kind and quick to communicate, and they arranged everything smoothly and flexibly. We were very satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped place.

A comfortable, convenient apartment with everything equipped. The location worked well, with everything within walking distance, and the owners were kind and flexible. It met all our expectations.
