Check-in was confusing and unwelcoming. I stood at the entrance for almost ten minutes, unsure what to do, before knocking and being let in reluctantly. Later, I was accused of being “noisy” during check-in, which wasn't true and felt unfair. That whole experience showed poor communication and unprofessional management. Guests shouldn't be left feeling on their own or unwelcome when they arrive, then face accusations without grounds. The dismissive attitude made the atmosphere hostile and uncomfortable. I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful, professional service.

There isn't an entrance here that works for wheelchair users, despite a Google Maps review saying there is. People running a place shouldn't post inaccurate accessibility information there. It wastes the time of those of us searching for somewhere with accessible entry. When I asked about it by email, the person replied very rudely. If you don't know what you're listing on Google Maps, don't put it there. If there's a room for blind guests, say so, but the listing only mentioned wheelchair access. Those aren't the same thing. Maybe the rating would be better if you were clear about what you actually offer.

The room was spacious, clean, tidy, and well air-conditioned, and it was good value. Thanks for a good stay. Since check-in is self-service, guests should get the main entrance and room codes before they arrive. That would avoid having to call the contact person. Some international guests can't make international calls, and the hotel's reception is virtual. I missed one night because of this. I'd also appreciate room service knocking or at least asking whether the room needs cleaning. Mine wasn't cleaned during my stay, and even after I called in the afternoon, I came back to an unclean room.
