I've known the town since childhood and followed the changes in how this building was used. I can't imagine a better transformation than the current one. They created a guesthouse with a magical atmosphere: the rooms are thoughtfully designed, homey, spotless and equipped with everything you need. The welcoming common room has a charming feel of “old times,” with pictures tracing the history of the village and life and bathing at Lake Balaton from the early 20th century. Talking with the hosts confirmed the impression the place gives: they know it well and are willing and eager to help. We had an unforgettable weekend here. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, restful and well-appointed stay.

The complimentary wine was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent value for money, with beautiful, comfortable, sophisticated rooms and communal areas, plus a relaxing wellness area. Thank you! I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed for four nights and would happily come back. The location is very good, the staff are lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Our apartment was nice and clean, too.
