The only downside was the traffic, which was quite heavy and noisy, as it is everywhere. The apartments are conveniently close to the old city, Nádasdy castle, and the thermal bath. We were there with our hiking group, and the apartments were clean and nice. The owner and staff were kind, patient, and flexible, and took care of all our requests.

Mrs. Silvia was there waiting when we arrived, which was perfect. The next day, she even offered us slightly cheaper tickets to the spa, payable at reception. We were pleased with our stay and can highly recommend it.

The location is a real plus, about 800 meters from the thermal baths and roughly the same distance from the center. There’s also a nice Lidl five minutes away on foot. For a reasonable price, the apartment is lovely, with a kitchenette, separate toilet, bathroom with a bathtub, and two rooms for four people. The beds weren’t especially comfortable, and there’s no oven in the kitchen.

The four-person apartment felt too small for four of us, so next time we’ll book one for five. It’s very close to everything, with the spa only a few minutes away on foot. The staff were extremely nice, and everywhere was neat and clean.
