The photos matched what we found: everything was neat, fresh smelling, and clean, with private parking in the yard. The baths are across the road, about 200 m away, and there's a party venue nearby that's open until 22.00, including Sundays and holidays. Noise was the one drawback. The windows face the main road, so we could hear cars from early in the morning.

Everything we needed was there in this clean, fresh apartment, and it was very well equipped. Sarvarfurdo is really close. We'd definitely recommend it.
