We had to contact the agency we booked through to get the deposit issue resolved. A few days after we booked, the owner cancelled one of our three apartments, saying she'd checked the reservation incorrectly and it was already occupied. When we asked about the deposit for that apartment, she said she had to return the full deposit. More than two weeks passed, and she kept saying the money had been sent and would arrive the following week. Communication was poor, and she offered no way to fix the situation.

We booked three apartments through an agency in January and sent the deposit to the owner's bank account. Two weeks later, she said one apartment was already taken for those dates, even though it had shown as available on the website when we booked. Getting the deposit back took a while. She said she was on vacation, and after I messaged that I'd go to the police the next day if she didn't send it, the money appeared in my account the following day. The way she dealt with us as customers was horrible.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I only wish there had been something to sweep or clean with during our stay.

Horrible experience. She took our money, then stopped communicating with us for a month. After cancelling our reservation, she didn't want to return it. Beware!

We stayed for four nights, and the location worked well, close to the beach and convenient for getting to the city center. The rooms were nice, but could have used a more thorough clean, including getting rid of the cobwebs. It still served its purpose, though mosquito nets and air conditioning in every room would have helped. Hand towels, garbage bags, and cleaning products were missing, which would be useful to have for a stay of several days.
