I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. We waited three quarters of an hour on a scorching day with our one-and-a-half-year-old before the “lady” showed up. She didn’t thank us, of course. She spoke in an arrogant, rude, condescending way and told us only one apartment was ready, so we’d have to wait for the other. None of what we’d discussed was there. Then she left, saying she’d come back, and kept us waiting for hours while she took care of her own business. From a later phone call, it sounded like this was normal for her: “the guest will be waiting then.” Eventually we sorted out the paperwork and payment, which was difficult too, because she didn’t want to accept the reserved amount for one of the apartments. Once we got that resolved, she left. A day or two later I called to ask for help, after answering her calls several times, including when we arrived. She told me not to bother her and not to call. I think that kind of behavior has no place in hospitality. I speak to my dog with more respect than she showed the guests who provide her living. The apartment wasn’t clean either. The air conditioning was free, but there was thick mold on the squirrel cage, and we washed the filters ourselves in both apartments. When we left, she spoke to us with disgust and phlegm. Because of her behavior, I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone.
