Prmium Hotel Panorama

The rooms and wellness area were poorly cleaned. The gym hadn't been cleaned either, even though we told reception: there was a spider and web on the cardio machine, and the treadmill buttons were sticky. As we were leaving and giving feedback to the receptionist, hotel director Darvas Zoltan interrupted from behind the desk and argued with me in a condescending way. He was wearing jeans and a polo shirt. Among other things, he said there are plenty of other hotels along the shore and we didn't have to come back if we weren't satisfied. He can be sure we won't.

The staff were kind, which is why this gets two stars instead of one. But the wellness area wasn't clean: there was dirt in the saunas and parts were missing from the steam bath. The pool and sauna area aren't separated, so it's very loud and relaxing is out of the question. There was no staff in the wellness area, and the AC was out of order while the heating didn't work.

The view was beautiful, and the hotel had a pool, saunas, and a gym. But the rooms were very small and not especially clean, and all those facilities felt far too small for the number of rooms. The beach next to the hotel wasn't very nice either, with rocks everywhere.

Wrr... spiders in the room and I couldn't sleep. The windows by the pool were dirty, and the bathrooms were small and badly designed, with water leaking everywhere. Taking a shower without turning the bathroom floor into a pool was hard. The restaurant was only open from 18:00 to 20:30? The waiters and staff spoke fluent German but poor English. The worst hotel ever, I can't recommend it. Sorry...
