Royal Luxus Wellness Apartman

The location is fantastic, and we were happy with our room. That's probably why I'm giving it 1 star, because unfortunately I can't give less. We arrived for Aug.27-29, and some of our group got there early to collect the key. They were told there was no reservation, even though we'd booked a 6-person apartment in February and paid a 30 thousand HUF deposit. They spent about an hour “searching” for it, then said nothing was available because of overbooking. Their proposed fix was to send us to a totally different place, in an apartment of who knows what kind. This was a bachelorette party, and we had chosen accommodation with at least an indoor pool in case the weather turned bad. A place where they couldn't even say what was available wasn't an option, especially for that price. After a lot of difficulty they found a free 6-person apartment, but we couldn't move in until 4 o'clock instead of 2. We had to wait outside by the gate, and they wouldn't even let us use the bathroom. Once we got into the accommodation, we had to leave immediately. Bring plenty of cash, and don't expect an invoice, because you won't get one. The person we originally rented from offered no compensation, only presented himself as the good guy for finding us somewhere to stay. We're not people who just let this go, but in the end they tried to shut us up with the promise of a 10,000 HUF refund. We got no replies to our emails and no money either. There were no new guests after us on Sunday, so we could have left at any time. But even if we'd simply walked out, we still had to call 3 people just to get the key because we were leaving. That took about 1.5 hours. Inflexible. Regards: the bride from the hen party team

It's a large room for 4 people, and could fit 5. The owners rent 2 rooms in the whole complex. The air conditioning works, the blinds are great, and the kitchenette has various appliances.

A lovely, clean place with a tasteful feel.
