The house is in the third row from the lake, and prices are low considering how close it is to the water and beach. Nobody mentioned the flies around the lake, but that's not really on the owners. The whole place is pet friendly. We have a premium apartment, which is roomy enough for two people and a dog. The furniture is up to date, and the terrace outside is a decent size. There are a few things I'd change: the indoor table could be bigger, especially with the flies outside, and the kitchen needs larger pots and pans. The stove and cutlery, as well as the floor, were a bit dirty when we arrived. The bathroom is nice and clean. All in all, four stars 👌

We had no issues during our stay, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent, with a great shower. For the price, the rooms were impressive, especially the spacious balconies. It was really good value and better than we expected.

We visited out of season, so it was peaceful and quiet. The owner and surroundings were great, just a few steps from Balaton and the promenade. We can recommend the guesthouse and Siofok.
