The room was clean and really quiet, and I loved the skylight. The shower floor was very slippery, and there wasn't any soap in there. A microwave would've been useful too. Getting up all those stairs to our room was a hassle, and the indoor public area felt dark at night.

We were met when we arrived and kindly shown how the keys and amenities worked. The rooms are nice, and the location is handy for visiting Sopron. I'd recommend it.

The welcome was lovely. Someone came with us to show us the bedroom, and there was a cozy little corner with complimentary coffee and a bottle of water, plus sweets. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really beautiful. It's an old house with brand-new furnishings and decor, and the place also has a dental and beauty practice, with the bedrooms mainly intended for its clients, though you can book them. One small drawback, cash is the only payment option.

Really awful hotel. Don't ever go there.

The rooms are great, with lots of space and good equipment. The staff don't follow the COVID rules.
