From the huge balcony, you get a wonderful view of Lake Balaton. The apartment is well equipped, and the house sits in a quiet, peaceful spot that’s ideal if you're looking to relax. There’s a large yard and a private beach, which also makes it a nice option for families with small children.
The place was clean and tidy, and the host was helpful. Good for families with kids, even very little ones. They even returned the money I’d forgotten there, which you don’t see often these days!
My family and I have spent our holidays here for six years now, and we love it. The views across Lake Balaton are hard to beat, and the owners' hospitality makes it easy to unwind and recharge. The rooms and facilities are great. You can stop looking, I highly recommend it!👍🫶 Csaba😉
Our family had a fantastic week at Balaton Apartment House in Szántód in the summer of 2024. We especially loved having our own stretch of Lake Balaton, which felt like a real VIP experience, and the panorama was amazing. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Our hosts were lovely and took care of every extra request right away. We’ve been looking for a place like this for years, and we're certain we'll return every year.
This has stayed just as I remember it from 25 years ago. There used to be a company holiday park where the apartment building is now, and it was my favorite place as a kid. I recommend it to everyone, though the memories mean I don't go there anymore.
