Ipolypart Vendégház

The nicest guesthouse around here.

We were a family of four, and this was really upsetting. Our booking was canceled three days before we were due to arrive, supposedly because of a technical error. That explanation later turned out to be false, and the place had been given to a larger group. When we spoke with the owner, he just kept rambling. Be careful with your vacation plans here.

The hosts were kind and flexible, and the quiet natural surroundings make for lovely walks, bike rides, and excursions. The garden has places to relax, and the thoughtful design and quality furnishings add to the appeal. Everything was high quality, including the cleanliness. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We had a clean, comfortable apartment, and the hosts were friendly, helpful, and clearly fond of dogs. The bathroom had a shower cabin; in the kitchen there was a gas stove, kettle, toaster oven, fridge, and washing machine. The quiet area and yard made it easy to relax or cook outside, with an oven, kettle, open fireplace, tables, and benches. There was plenty for the kids too, including a play castle and ping pong table, plus deck chairs and a small fish pond. A really nice place for people and dogs.
