My flight changes forced an unexpected last-minute change of plans. They accepted my request to cancel for free, which was really nice of them. I’ll stay here in the future.

The place was clean and quiet, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was fine, though I expected more choice from a four-star hotel.

Lujzi was really great, and nothing seemed like too much trouble for her. Dorka was a lovely host too, always helpful and friendly. Thanks for a nice stay at this well-located hotel.

The central location was very good, but we came away disappointed and felt the stay wasn’t worth what we paid. The room page on booking.com showed pictures of every room type, which gave us the wrong impression when we booked. At breakfast, the little food corner could only fit three people at a time; the food was average and the selection poor. In our room the bedside lamp didn’t work, and there weren’t any power outlets that were easy to reach for charging a phone. The air conditioning couldn’t be switched off, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The young woman at reception stood out, friendly and professional, and the service was impeccable. The hotel was quiet and had everything we needed for a great stay. I’d definitely come back.
