Find somewhere better. The man turned out to be awful: the apartment was booked for three, but only two of us arrived, and he refused to take us even though we'd agreed on the price for three. He left us without anywhere to stay for the night. First he said yes, then no. He shouldn't be in this business. We wrote to Booking and will see what happens.

He refused to let us in because the reservation was for three people and only two of us arrived. We were literally left out on the street. Unprofessional.

Everything is close by, and the accommodation is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. The host is kind and helpful.
