The staff gave us exceptional attention, and the rooms were spotless and finished to a high standard. There's underground parking and a wine bar on site. The location is central. Highly recommend.

Riva Sheged was a beautiful, clean hotel, and everything there was great. We had breakfast at the Grand Barista in the morning, and most things were fine. But one older employee stood beside us watching the whole time, so we couldn't eat in peace. When my daughter left some of her sandwich and I told her to take it to the car, the woman yelled at us and accused us of taking food away.

We had a spacious, clean, beautiful room after being upgraded to a triple room from the standard one. It's close to cafes and places to eat, and about a 9-minute walk from the old town. Breakfast was the one really bad part: very little choice, pastries that seemed a day old, no napkins, and no good coffee. We had an omelette with salami, but the quality wasn't good.

The rooms are spacious and the location is good. Parking caused a lot of trouble on my second day. It was on the street, and there wasn't a free or even paid spot available. After 8:00, the municipality charges for parking, and at 9:00 they fined me, leaving an envelope on the car's front window. Maybe there was another parking option, but nobody told me about it.

The rooms are new and large, and for a low price this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I was really satisfied. The trams pass nearby and can be noisy.
