I was left without a room through no fault of Adrian's, but he went out of his way to find me another place to stay. He was incredibly helpful, even though he didn't have to be, and the service was far beyond what I'd expected.

We had a spacious, clean room, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is in the centre of Szekesfehérvár, close to both the bus station and the main sights.

We were pleasantly surprised to get a two-bedroom apartment instead of the triple room we'd booked. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is easily the hotel's best feature. The place hasn't been renovated for a long time and needs a proper deep clean. Housekeeping came daily, but there was still visible dust and mold in harder-to-reach spots. In mid-May, the heating was off, and the ventilation only blew cold air even when we set it to warm. I understand the time of year, but it was still inconvenient.

The location was fine and so were the staff, but the room was stuffy and there was mold in the shower. The extra bed was a folding cot with an extremely thin, uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast was awful, with almost no choice: toast bread, scrambled eggs, a few sausages and hardly any vegetables.

The view from my room was great, and reception was helpful during my three-night business trip in September 2024. But the walls were so thin I could hear everything next door. That was annoying enough that I didn't choose this place for my second visit.
