The noise made it impossible to relax. This guesthouse is beside a main road, and after 5 a.m. the traffic was unbearable. The garden and parking area were overgrown, and when we came back from a trip, the blinds had disappeared from our room, leaving only the cobweb beside them. The building was disappointing throughout, with plaster peeling off in many places. Our supposed family room was maybe 20m2, crammed with beds, and barely big enough for our two children. The furniture looked about 30 years old. There was a broken mirror, a damaged lamp, and a tapestry that seemed a thousand years old. The parquet creaked, and the toilet tank seemed to be held up by the Holy Spirit. The windows and doors were long overdue for replacement. The whole place was horrible. I’d never come back.

The yard is neatly arranged and shaded by trees, with private parking inside. It’s right by the main road, so it’s easy to reach, and we felt very comfortable here. There are restaurants nearby, and the Danube bank is not far away.
