We appreciated the extra touches, including a bottle of rose on arrival, free delicious breakfasts at Cafe Christine by the river, and a sweet bead bracelet in a gift bag. There was also a Nespresso machine with pods. Parking was easy to find nearby and pay for through the EasyPark app. The Lotus Apartment is a gorgeous place in the centre of lovely Szentendre. The artistic hosts have put real care into the colours, textiles, and art, giving it an Asian feel while making it comfortable and lovely to look at. The bed was the biggest and most comfortable we’ve ever had, and the living and sleeping areas were very spacious. A door leads out to a charming courtyard with furniture, plants, and lighting. The tiled and painted kitchen and bathroom are attractive, and everything worked well. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting Szentendre, and it would be a great addition to a Budapest stay.

Beautifully decorated and full of live plants and artistic details, the space feels welcoming and comfortable. It’s right in the heart of Szendentre, close to everything, yet quiet. The hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. We had our best stay in Europe so far. Highly recommend ✨🩵✨

Everything we wanted to see was close by, from Artists street and the Danube to good restaurants and confectioneries. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, and Zsigmond was attentive and really friendly. We’ll be back soon.

Right in the heart of Szentendre, this apartment was clean and had all the equipment we needed. If you’re not used to Hungarian heat, the air conditioning will feel like a lifesaver.
