Artis Boutique Hotel

The bathroom setup was my biggest issue: there was no separate shower, so I had to use the bathtub, which had no curtain or barrier and let water splash everywhere. The bed also fell short of four-star comfort. My room was very large, perhaps oversized for one person, and quiet. The restaurant and breakfast were nice, though fairly basic, and service was okay but nothing special. For a small town, it's not a bad option if they improve the bathroom equipment and design.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had the usual hotel selection, including options for dietary restrictions. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable enough. We stayed for two nights as a couple. It's only a few minutes from the city center and about a 20 minute walk to the train station. I'd stay here again.

For my first business trip here, and my first visit to Hungary, I had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel was very clean, with a parking lot nearby. I liked the area too. There are lots of restaurants and shops around, so it's convenient and nice to explore. I'll choose this hotel again on my next work trip.

The room was the weak point for me. It felt cramped and had an odd layout, with the bed pushed into a corner and the TV to its left. I'd expect more comfort from a four-star hotel. Breakfast was okay, but the bread wasn't fresh on the first morning. The location is good, there's a small fitness room, and the staff are friendly, even if a bit slow.
