Oliver Lux Apart-hotel

The location is amazing, just 30 m from the lake, but what you see isn’t always what you get. We had a ground floor room with a garden. It was nice, but not clean. Apparently August brings a big wave of mosquitoes, and after 20:00 we couldn’t go outside the room. As for breakfast, don’t go there! At the so-called Teresa place where it’s served, the owner was all over what you were eating and taking. YAK! There was always something unpleasant to say, and they gave you a face. Never take the breakfast deal.

We had a great stay as a family. The apartment was well equipped, and the lake was right nearby.

The apartment itself was fine, but the way an unexpected problem was handled left us unhappy. Our motorcycle broke down badly on the way, so we needed a tow and couldn't arrive when planned. I asked to shift our two-night booking by a day, and the manager said yes. After we'd spent the first night, though, the cleaning staff came by and said we had to leave. The manager told me we'd checked in on the original booking date, so our choices were to go or pay for another night. We left and found somewhere else to stay. If something goes wrong, the staff don't seem able to understand or help with the situation. I'll stay somewhere different next year.

From the bed, we could watch the sunrise over the lake. The apartment had a balcony with a lake view, private parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and an infrared sauna for two. It was very clean and roomy. Breakfast is available at reception in the morning. The location was excellent, and everything felt perfect.
