Pilger Vendégház in Tihany is the sort of place that makes you want to book again before you've even left. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, and the peaceful location still puts everything Tihany offers within reach. Inside, it was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor blinds, and sun loungers. Balaton-inspired details give it a lovely character, and guests can get extra discounts, including at local restaurants. I could call it terrible so it doesn't get even harder to book, but honestly, it's a gem. I hope they keep this high standard, and I'd gladly return.

The view and location were great, and the apartment, facilities, cleanliness, and host were all perfect too. I'd definitely return and recommend it.

We keep coming back because it feels like home every day. The rooms are comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and furnished and designed to a high standard. One of the best places to stay at Lake Balaton in Hungary.

We came with a small child, and they had already provided a cot and high chair. Our kid also loved the little garden. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great.
