Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff were friendly.

The upstairs shared kitchen feels homey and has everything you need, with coffee provided by the house. Our room was clean and stylish, and came with towels and a terrace. The staff were so nice, and the location was good too.

We had a good stay and were satisfied overall. When we checked out, they gave each of us a small wooden keepsake, which was a lovely touch. The place is on a quiet street near the Bicycle Center, and the yard, shared spaces, and room were all clean, tidy, and tastefully done. Breakfast wasn't a huge spread, but it was delicious. They let us know the day before arrival that we could come early, and gave us an upstairs room as requested, even though the place was full. Our room had no window, though, so airing it out wasn't really possible. There was only a balcony door, either closed or open. After showering or washing our hands, a bad drain smell spread through the room. The air conditioner above us switched on by itself twice on the last night, and the balcony doors are so close together that we woke up to the neighbor's TV in the morning.

A lovely, clean place that had everything we needed. Thanks to the Szidagőtő guesthouse for the warm hospitality, and especially to the two receptionists for being so kind and helpful. We'd be happy to book here again if we get the chance, and I recommend it to others.
