The sauna area was a real treat, and we spent hours there. Access to the baths was included on both our full arrival day and full departure day, which was generous, and the hotel is right beside them. We came to Tiszaújváros for a couple of days in the medicinal thermal waters, and finding such a lovely hotel made the trip even better. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds and hardly any noise. We slept for 10 hours after relaxing in the water. Staff were friendly and helpful, and arranged early check-in and late check-out when availability allowed. The food was good quality, though vegetarian choices could have been stronger. Breakfast had three kinds of sausage but none of the cooked peppers, potatoes, mushrooms, or tomatoes we've enjoyed at other Hungarian hotels. Vegan would be very difficult, and the vegetarian dinner dishes worked for us only because we had no other restrictions like avoiding gluten or dairy. Even with that limitation, we'd certainly come back. It was good value and right next to the baths.

I've stayed here six times, and I expect I'll be back again. The restaurant food is very good, the staff are great, and the hotel has an electric car charging station, which matters a lot to me. Highly recommend it. Thank you!

Our daughter uses a powered wheelchair, and the spacious deluxe room gave her plenty of room to get around comfortably. We rented a hoist, which worked perfectly. The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable, and the restaurant staff were especially kind about making sure we were seated comfortably. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We had an amazing week at Tisia Hotel in June and enjoyed every moment. I'd definitely recommend it for wheelchair users, as it's very accessible.

The thermal pools and wellness facilities were nice, though you can use the pool without being a hotel guest. The rooms were generally fine and clean, but don't expect even instant coffee unless you're booked into a "deluxe" room. That's ridiculous for a 4* hotel. Service was really poor for a hotel of this caliber. Staff didn't seem well trained or to care much, and when we had questions or concerns, we mostly got "I don't know." Food varied from day to day, the desserts seemed dry and old every day, and breakfast selection wasn't great. Also, if you stay over the weekend, be ready for super loud, obnoxious live music every evening, audible throughout the hotel's social areas. I can't recommend staying here.

We came as a group of friends, 2+2, and had a fantastic time. The thermal pools met our expectations and were a great way to relax. The hotel also put on a free barman course for all guests, which we were excited about. Staff were friendly, courteous, smiling, and engaged. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide menu choice, plenty of food, and very good quality products. All the facilities and amenities were working. I think we'll come back for a longer stay.
