The garden is peaceful and nicely kept, and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. Neubauer Sandor clearly puts a lot of care into the complex, along with the team. I know how hard running a business can be these days, given the recent climate. I’ve worked in food and beverage for more than 20 years, including in management, and I’ve never experienced customer service this good. My hospitality journey began at this hotel in 1998, and my heart keeps bringing me back to this charming restaurant. There’s a fine dining restaurant and a Nostalgia Restaurant, and whichever you pick, the food is mouthwatering and the experience is fabulous every time. The team are welcoming, smiling, talkative, and full of useful information. This place is a real treasure of hospitality, and I guarantee a visit will stay with you. I’ll keep telling my associates to come here.

The spa was a real bonus for my family while I was in Veszprem on a business trip. There’s a lovely pool, sauna, and steam room, making it a great place to unwind. The hotel was cleaner and more professional than I expected, and the Front Desk staff were kind, courteous, and quick to help. It’s also just around the corner from an excellent zoo. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It’s a quiet place tucked away, with spacious rooms and good facilities. There are two restaurants, one general and one fine dinning. I ate at the general one, and the food was superb and really well presented. The SPA was well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely hotel in a great location for Veazprém.

There’s a lovely little lake in the garden, and the wellness area is relaxing. This beautiful hotel is tucked beneath the valley Bridge in Veszprém. The rooms are clean, and the staff are kind and attentive, as are the owners, an extremely lovely family who keep an eye on everything to make sure guests are happy. You can choose between two restaurants with different dishes.
