We only came for the spa, not accommodation. Everything was excellent: the heated indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, relaxation area, and sauna world with its two Finnish saunas and other saunas. Special thanks to sauna master János Király, whose sauna ceremony made our visit unforgettable. Parking was very convenient, with one lot just for spa guests and a larger one for people staying there. We’ll definitely come back.

The location and hotel interior are very nice, and the food offers a good variety. We had a lovely three-day stay. Good coffee and good service were extras, and a bit expensive. We were really happy with the cleaning ladies, especially Márti, Béla, Adrienn, and Pablo dog. They were always friendly and smiling, and put on a full show for our one-year-old in the corridor. We’d recommend strengthening the animation team with them, since we were a bit disappointed with the animation. The thermal water of the once-famous Lepencei beach is the real attraction.

The room was lovely, and both the food and wellness facilities were great. Still, the bad smell in room 044 really spoiled the stay. It seemed to be coming from the sewage. This was our first time at the hotel.

Everyone seemed ready to make our stay a good one, and the food was amazing. The hotel has that good Hungarian energy, and I thought the place was fantastic. I don't get the bad reviews 🤩
