The buffet breakfast was good, and when I accidentally left my bag behind at checkout, the staff messaged me to let me know. I’m really grateful for that. We only stayed one night. The room was fine and had what we needed. It’s not newly furnished or luxurious, but that was okay. The aquapark is right across the street. There’s parking, but it isn’t free, so keep that in mind. Some reception staff spoke no English at all. Dinner was pretty bad: we had two dishes to choose from, and neither was even average. I wouldn’t eat there again.

The rooms are a little small, but the food is really good. They also have lactose free and gluten free diet options. It’s close to Therme, with lots of pools for children.

The location is amazing, and the staff are kind, polite, and helpful. Still, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re trying to save money. The rooms were dirty, there was mold in the bathrooms, and the floors throughout the hotel seemed to go days without cleaning. We brought our two kids, and I was always worried about letting them play on the room floor. Breakfast was very basic, and dinner was dry sometimes. It’s a shame. I suspect the management or owner doesn’t really care.

The thermal bath is very close, no more than 100 meters from the hotel entrance. Hotel guests can get a return card from reception and leave the spa whenever they like. It’s a quiet place, and I don’t think anyone will disturb your holiday. It’s a good option for cheap accommodation, with an elevator and an average guest age of 40 plus, though you’ll sometimes see families with children. Breakfast is served buffet style, with set menus for lunch and dinner.
