We can provide in a standard double room only 1 extra bed and 1 baby bed, because of strict fire protection rules. The half board surcharge is Euro 36,- / child / night between 6-17.99 y.o. and Euro 53,- / person / night above 18 y.o. These are not included in the room price.
As of 2021.09.01.,all hotels in Hungary must comply with a new type of data providing obligation as per the amendment to the 2016. CLVI. Legislation. All our guests over the age of 14, will need to provide a photo ID, which must be presented at check-in, and handed over to our colleagues for data recording purposes.

This was our fifth visit to Park Inn Zalakaros, and the staff are always so friendly and pleasant. The reception team deserves special praise. The kitchen is outstanding, with a huge range of food. The hotel connects straight from the lobby to the city's thermal spa. Before visiting, I'd suggest calling the city spa to check what's accessible. For the second time in a row, the outdoor pool with peat and sulfuric water was closed. Just a reminder that the spa and hotel are separate, so please don't blame hotel staff when something at the spa is closed.

We've stayed here twice now and are already looking forward to coming again. The rooms are spacious, there's delicious food throughout the day, and the spa and thermal baths are just right for relaxing.

Watch out: the hotel is asking customers for credit card details, including the CCV, even when they haven't made a reservation or booking. They sent this message: “We have received your reservation, but due to a system error during the booking process, we did not receive your card details. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us back the attached document filled in. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your cooperation.”

The hotel itself is great, but I noticed some cleaning problems. There was hair in the bathroom, and the dishes and plates were put out dirty. The staff were okay. The air conditioning didn't work, and I couldn't adjust it up or down.

The rooms have no real air conditioning. Even with double curtains on the window, they still heat up. The food was below average at best. The water park is nasty and gets boring easily, so I wouldn't come here even for that. And it's incredibly loud everywhere, whether you're eating, in your room, or in the bathrooms.
