Villa Natura

The lovely park was one bright spot, and the staff were friendly. I stayed for a wedding and one night, though, and the hotel, especially the rooms, were dirty and shabby. The bathroom leaked, and after flushing the toilet the water tank was very noisy. The whole stay felt unpleasant.

The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were very nice, and dogs are welcome here. I'd come back :)

The lake view from the Wellness area was amazing, and it was so quiet there that we could almost enjoy it by ourselves. The food came in generous portions. Breakfast was fine, though dinner was a bit cold. It’s a cozy hotel in a beautiful setting, a lovely place to relax, and we were happy with the stay apart from the problems at arrival and checkout. We’d booked a deluxe suite with space, a panoramic view, and a large bathroom, but were first shown a tiny, dark attic-like room, after waiting for it. Once we complained, we got the suite from the website picture hours later. It had two separate beds instead of a king-size double. They’d left champagne and cookies, but there was no fruit bowl, and we couldn’t find the safe that was supposed to be in the room. Most of the staff were nice, but the gentleman at reception seemed to take our request for the room we’d booked as an insult. At checkout, we couldn’t pay by credit card even though the reservation said we could. We were also charged for parking, although the package offer said it was free.

The surroundings are beautiful, the park is well kept, and the staff were kind and helpful. The rooms could be much nicer with a little more effort. Also, if you have small children, dogs running around the park at this dog-friendly hotel might scare them.
