I’d already paid the booking price, then was asked to pay another 10€ for cleaning through some strange link.

After a full day of driving, I arrived late and the keycode wouldn't work. Support couldn't sort it out, so I had to drive 40 minutes to another place to check in. They offered no compensation for the trouble. A very poor check-in.

❌Warning❌ We stayed for one night a week ago, and it was a really disappointing, unacceptable experience. The room was an indescribable mess, and we had to sleep in other people's mess because it hadn't been cleaned beforehand. The pillows were full of hair, and we couldn't reach anyone by phone to get a different room. We even found panties thrown behind the sofa. After a few days we managed to contact them, but they didn't even have the common sense to refund our money!!
