The friendly receptionist was very helpful, and they let us check in early at 8 AM without an extra charge. After a long flight, we really appreciated that. The lifts had enough capacity. The hotel is on the main road, about a 20-minute drive from the airport, though there’s room for only 2-3 cars to park out front. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, which worked well for catching a speed boat to Masohi or elsewhere in the morning. The restaurant is small, clean, and pleasant. There was a good range of food, including rice, chicken, fish, vegetables, bread, porridge, tea, and coffee, but no milk. We stayed one night. Our room was very small, more like the kind I rented in college than a hotel room. The bathroom was simple but clean, with hot and cold water. We’d book a bigger room next time. There were no spare outlets beyond the TV socket, so charging our devices was difficult. Still, it was a nice experience.
