We had a good rest during our 4-day stay. The hotel is in the middle of Ambon City, which was convenient, though the big new buildings, CMC and Theater, were quite far away. We did find cockroaches and ants in the room.

It’s an affordable place in a convenient spot, and there are plenty of easy food options nearby. McD is right across the street, with traditional and authentic Ambon food around the area too. Seems suitable for either a business trip or a vacation.

I got upgraded to a Junior suite, and the experience has been really good so far.

6/10
The breakfast was decent even though there wasn't much to choose from: bread, white or fried rice, four vegetable and meat dishes, plus coffee, tea, and juice. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there's a spa and bar lounge too. The rooms feel old-fashioned. The hotel dates back to 1990 and has been renovated over the years. After two nights, I'd rate it 6 out of 10.

I paid Rp720.000 at the front desk, but they still asked me for more money when I checked out, even though I'd already paid. The room was overpriced for what it was, with a view and broken furniture. The front desk staff need better training on their system.
