OYO 3104 Wisata Hotel

I never ended up staying here. I went elsewhere for the same price and got much better rooms and facilities. It started with an app booking for a deluxe twin at 176 thousand per night, but the payment page errored out, so I went to book in person. I asked for the same room. The receptionist quoted 200 thousand because I wasn't using the app, which I accepted and paid. Then I was handed a key and shown to a standard twin room that was much narrower and stuffier than what I'd asked for. Back at reception, I was told a deluxe twin would cost 300 thousand, and only then was I shown the room price list. The receptionist wouldn't admit there'd been a mistake and kept arguing with me. The price kept changing from 176 thousand in the app, to 200 thousand at the desk, then 300 thousand for the room I wanted. I was disappointed with the service.

I've stayed here twice now, and I'm happy to come back. It's cheap and cheerful, with a clean room, comfortable bed, active account, and clean bathroom. Luwih is happy to come here.

The room was dirty, the bed was small, and the AC was so noisy I couldn't sleep. There were lots of mosquitoes, so you need repellent or they'll drain your blood. It felt just like the village, and the window wouldn't close. Housekeeping never wanted to clean the room, and the receptionist couldn't explain things customers didn't understand. I'm really not satisfied, sorry to say it, but better to pay more than go cheap here. Damn, don't book this hotel.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Pretty good.
