Bali Rani Hotel

Breakfast and dining were a real highlight, with excellent quality and variety, delicious choices, and attentive service at every meal. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, and the rooms were very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful time at Bali Rani Hotel and couldn’t be happier. From arrival onward, the staff were fabulous, warm, welcoming, and always smiling. We felt truly cared for. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its great dining, cleanliness, and staff. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the service was so professional. The team were polite, incredibly helpful, and seemed to do everything they could for guests. We were amazed they remembered our names every day, and often even our room number. When I needed a doctor, the staff arranged everything for us. A special thanks to Indah for taking the time to make sure our stay went well. Thanks to all the staff 👏🙏

Our only small letdown was arriving from the airport: the cab dropped us at Rani Bali, a different hotel under the same management, and no transfer had been arranged to Bali Rani Hotel. Once we were there, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good, and from check-in to check-out the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our full-day driver, Nyoman, was excellent, very friendly and talkative. We’ll definitely contact him on our next Bali trip. Indah deserves a special thank-you. She checked on us over breakfast, helped arrange spa bookings, took lovely pictures of us, and always greeted us with a warm smile. She has such an adorable, kind personality. We really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Chris’s great humour was matched by how quickly and enthusiastically he helped, always with a smile. No task seemed beyond him. Diana at reception was also very helpful with all our requests. We loved our stay and will definitely return. There were six of us in three rooms from 24/27 December 2025. The rooms were a bit small, but good value for what we paid and in an excellent location. The hotel is well landscaped, with lots of open space, a pool, and a TT table. Breakfast was good.
